As the Guinness flows thick and strong, revellers chow down on a phenomenal three course Irish fare , prepared by newly appointed head-chef Brad Sloane, formerly of London’s prestigious Belvedere Restaurant, where he trained under Michelin starred Billy Reid, and the hatted Balzac restaurant in Randwick, Sydney. Sloan is keen to show off his Irish cookery skills.

During the luncheon six times Aussie Male Comedian of The Year (Variety Club) has Balmain’s eyes smiling; romancing the Riverview dining room with hilarious tall-tales and Irish charm.

Described as one of the funniest old Irish bastards this side of Cork, Doyle is a TV and stand-up comedy legend with a career spanning 25 years. Credits include The Club Show (Ch 7), Graham Kennedy’s IMT, Rugby League Show (Ch 7) and Doyle was Clinton’s comedy favourite, chosen to support his 2002 tour of Australia.
